Visibly deprecate old event system

The old event system will be gone in trunk soon, so we have to make sure that all users of 1.4 are made aware of this.

Subtasks:

• Check deprecation macros on parts belonging to the old event system
• Port applications and plugins to the new event system to provide usage examples (merge from trunk?)
• Add runtime warnings to the old event system
• Write a migration guide

Merged changes to plugins, libraries and the Java demo program from trunk (r30898)

• All applications now use the new event system
• All relevant parts of the old event system are now marked as deprecated
• The embedded handlers inside csEventQueue were not marked to prevent an annoying ammount of deprecation warnings
