Adding messages to pcquest

It would be nice if pcquest sent messages like pcquest_statechanged and pcquest_stopped. Especially the state changes would be interesting to get, with the quest name, new state, and if possible old state and the trigger type which switched to new state. It does not seem trivial to add, since state changes are done with iQuest::SwitchState() and there is (afaik) no way to get notified about those changes.

mm, now you can send any message you want from a reward, so i would consider this solved...
