Problems with binaries name

Description

I'm working on a CEL Debian package but some binaries built from the source code have generic names like "bootstrap", "graph", etc.. This is not good as others can use the same name for a binary. Is there an easy way to change them?

Ideally, any binaries which get installed should have a "cel" prefix. (The ones which get installed are the ones which do not specify noinstall in the Application invocation in the Jamfile.)

Best probably would be to supply a patch which adds a cel prefix to all of the application names in the various Jamfiles.
