The accounts are the same as for the crystalspace3d.org main site. Normal users can open tickets and comment but cannot edit the wiki or change tickets (e.g. closing, assigning...) If you want developer privileges contact one of the project admins: write a mail to mailto:admin-trac@crystalspace3d.org or talk to one on IRC.
